Privacy

The portal stores as little as possible. Here is exactly what is saved, and why.

Login and language

Your browser stores two things: that you are signed in, and which language you have chosen. Both are needed for the portal to work, so no cookie consent is required for them. The portal has no statistics, advertising or tracking.

Company details

When you apply, we store the company name, country, organisation number and the email address you register with. The email address is used for login and to match your account with your orders in our Shopify store. We do not collect personal names or phone numbers in the portal — checkout runs in Shopify, where Shopify handles that data.

Orders and pricing

Your orders, prices, invoices and payments are handled by Shopify. The portal only shows the order history from Shopify to approved customers. Payment and invoice details never leave Shopify's systems.

Agents

If you registered through a sales agent's link, the portal records which agent the account belongs to, so the right person can support you. Agents never see your personal details — only the company name.

Removing your data

Want us to delete your portal account? Email customercare@remoair.com and we will remove it. Data that Shopify keeps under its own policies is handled there.
